250g butter
Pinch of salt
1 Tin milk
8 eggs
Sugar to your taste
2 level spoon baking powder
1 tablespoon of nutmeg

How to make chin chin,Sieve flour, add baking powder and salt in a bowl,
add butter and mix together until the mixture looks like a fine breadcrumbs,
Beat the eggs and pour it in the mixture,
Add milk and nutmeg and mix well,
Add little water with desired quantity of sugar into the mixture to make a spongy dough,
Turn the mixture into a floured board and roll, then cut to a desired shape,
Fry in hot vegetable oil until Golden Brown.

3kg flour
250g butter
300g sugar
6 level spoon baking powder
2 seed nutmeg
2 peak milk sachet
Salt to taste

500g flour
42g butter
50g sugar
1 level spoon baking powder
½ seed nutmeg
Milk to taste

Method to make egg roll
Boil egg and put in cold water to cool, peel the eggs to remove the shell and set aside,

500g butter

Pinch of salt/powdered maggi
2 tin of milk / 2 sachets powdered milk
Water
2vraw eggs
1 seed nutmeg
Method to make meatpie
Sift already measured flour into a clean bowl and add baking powder,
Add salt or powered Maggi,
Rub in the butter until no lump of butter is felt,
Add grated nutmeg,
Make a hole in the centre,
add milk,
Add egg,
Add water to bind the dough and knead, let it give you the right texture of pastryz
Cover it for 10 minutes,
Sprinkle flour on a table , then turn the pastry on a floured board and roll out , then cut it into round shape or use a mould or use desired size of pastry cutter rub with flour,
Put egg on the edge of the mouth to gum together,
Put sauce on one side and cover it up and cut,
Buttef your oven tray and arrange it on the tray, then egg wash the top and bake in a hot oven.

Vegetable oil for frying
Method to make puff puff
Measure and sieve flour in a clean bowl,
Add sugar,
Add pinch of salt
Add nutmeg
Add yeast,
Add water and mix well, since you are making puff you are required to beat it very well,
Cover it and leave it in a warm place until it is well risen,
Heat the oil and put fresh onion inside the oil before frying the puff puff,
Fry your puff puff until Golden brown.
Then congratulations you puff puff is ready to be consumed.
How to make buns

100kg butter
Sugar to your taste
1 seed nutmeg
2 eggs
Pinch of salt
2 level spoon baking powder
2 sachets powdered milk or ½ tin milk
Method to make buns
Measure and sieve flour in a clean bowl,
Add baking powder,
Add pinch of salt,
Add grated nutmeg,
Add butter,
Beat egg and add it,
Add powdered milk or tin milk,
Add water bit by bit, the mixture must not be too thick in other for the buns not to be hard,
Deep fry until Golden Brown not too brown,
NB: if the oil is much and you deep fry, it would give you a fine shape.
