Wash chicken with salt to get rid of it's chemical,

Pour into a pot,

Method for preparing fried rice

Wash rice with salt until the water becomes purely white,

put pot on fire with water then turn the rice inside and parboil it,

wash the parboiled rice again and put inside sieve,

Dice carrots,

Dice runner beans,

Dice spring onions,

Dice green pepper,

Dice onion,

Dice red pepper,

Put all diced ingredients aside,

Boil the liver and also dice it,

Open all the things products e.g sweet corn, green peas and drain the water out from it,

Put pot on fire and allow to heat a bit,

Add vegetable oil, when the oil is a bit hot,

Add diced onion,

Add diced spring onion,

Add diced green pepper,

Add diced runner beans,

Add diced spring onions,

Add diced liver,

Add diced sweet corn,

Add seasoning,

Fry all the above ingredients and remove from fire and drain with a sieve, remember keep all fried ingredients aside,

Return the oil back to the fire and pour plenty onion, add curry and thyme, 

 Pour the drained rice into the oil and turn with a turning stick until it is fried and bring out a brownish colour,

Add maggi and stir, pour your sieved chicken sauce and add water that can cook the rice,

Add fried rice spices which will make the colour of the rice to look beautiful,

Cover it and let it steam,

Ensure the rice is not to soft,

When the rice comes up a little, open it and add diced red pepper, 

Then cover it to finally get dry,

After it is dry, pick the vegetables or the diced ingredients you initially fried and sprinkle it little by little into the rice,

Stir and cover for 5 minutes,

When you bring out the rice down from fire add the green peas.

Then your delicious fried rice is ready for consumption, dish it In a flat Clean plate and put the chicken in top and enjoy your meal, you can share with neighbor's or friend because there is love In sharing.

Method for preparing Cole Slaw

Wash your carrot and cabbage properly,

Shred your carrot and cabbage,

Boil your egg, shell it out and cut in round shape or slice it or use a egg pouch,

Put the shredded carrots and cabbage in layers then lay the eggs on top as a garnish,

Place inside a refrigerator,

When you are ready to serve, put mayonnaise on top and mix properly,

Then your Cole slaw is ready for consumption.

Then you can enjoy you can place your fried rice on a neat flat plate, add your Cole Slaw beside and your chicken on top,yummy right so you can enjoy your delicious meal.

You can also eat only the Cole Slaw since it's vegetable and it's high nutritious for the body.
