How to make shawarma
Today we would be learning a special and delicious way to make sharwama
Like we all know shawarma is a street food and also a restaurant food that is prepared using meat, sauce, Lebanese bread and other ingredients and the meat is been cooked in a vertical rotisserie and the flat bread cooked on Sharwama toaster.
Sharwama is preferred by most people because of its delicious, yummy and creamy taste. It can be easily eaten anywhere at anytime and sharwama is preferred served or rather eaten hot, so you can get the irresistible taste and enjoy the non stop yummy shawarma.
Also it can be served at birthday parties, sold on the street for daily income,served at wedding party, served at ceremonies, served at school parties, served at church events, served at get together parties, it can be sold at restaurants or malls generally sharwama can be served anywhere at anytime and can be eaten anywhere at anytime like I said earlier before.

Method to prepare sharwama 1
Debone the chicken then rinse thoroughly after deboning,
Season the chicken by using sharwama spices soy sauce, Maggi, powdered ginger, powdered garlic, salt and pepper to your preferred taste,
Prepare the sauce by mixing mayonnaise, ketchup, salad cream and few soy sauce in a container,
Slice the vegetables such as cabbage, onions, and tomatoes separately in a clean bowl,
Stalk the seasoned chicken on the vertical rotisserie(sharwama grill)and monitor it well to prevent it from burning,

Them ensure you are cutting out the cooked or grilled part and allow there parts to grill,
Add cut vegetables to the grilled chicken and ensure that your vegetable is not more than the chicken,
Ensure you add more chicken,
Cut the Lebanese bread into two equal half by tracing the line at the edge and fill the bread with the sauce,
then roll gently and firmly to avoid shabby outlook,
Toast the folded lebanese bread in a sharwama toaster,
Serve hot in a flat play with a serviette or fold inside a foil paper and put inside a nylon with a serviette inside as take away.
NB: for you to enjoy your sharwama to the fullest it's better your serve hot.
Also add more chicken and more salad cream to the same to give your Sharwama a much creamier taste.

Method to prepare sharwama 2
Wash your cabbage,
Shred your cabbage,
Wash your carrot,
Wash your carrot,
Season your chicken and boil it,
After boiling the chicken cut the chicken in cubic form,
Cut a foil paper and a brown paper in a square shape,
Cut your onion in a round shale,
Place foil paper on a chopping board or on any tray and place the lebanese bread on it, then add your cabbage,
Add your carrot,
Add your green peas,
Add your sweet corn,
Add your onion,
Then place the diced cubic shape chicken on it,
Then add your ketchup ontop,
Add your salad cream or mayonnaise,
After that your wrap straight away,
Place it on the oven tray, leave it to heat for sometimes and bring the sharwama out,
Then your delicious and yummy sharwama is ready for consumption.
NB: remember it is better you consume it or rather you eat your sharwama when it hot for better taste.
Note sharwama can be sold for commercial purpose and self purpose
Commercial purpose
Sharwama can be prepared and sold to make money to people, all you have to do is to find a place to set up your stand or find a shop to rent then your ingredients and equipment for making the sharwama and then you make sharwama since you already learnt how to make sharwama and sell the sharwama to make daily income.
Self purpose
Sharwama can be made at home by yourself and consumed or eaten by only you or your families and neighbor, but the main point is you don't sell the sharwama to make money of it's for self purpose.
